The equipment cost can vary from 2K or more depending on the complexity of the site and level of granularity required. Subscription depends on the amount of data required for the site and the number of logins.
The analytics will unlock min 10% cost savings and additional cost savings can be upgraded along with system upgrades & automation.Based on various case studies by several organizations including NSW Government, additional savings typically require automation/ upgrade projects or separate staff awareness programs.
For maximum savings, a energy champion from the organisation is required to be the liason with EA&S as this will ensure a thorough understanding of the sites operations and unlock increasing savings potential. Later, we need to have 1 meeting for an hour per month to review the results and apply the changes going forward.
The usual timeframe is 5-6 weeks, from site visit to equipment installation.
